Initial Inquiry & Consultation
Every great home starts with a conversation. In this first meeting, you’ll sit down with our experienced home building team to talk through your goals, ideas, and must-haves for your new custom home. We’ll answer your questions, discuss design possibilities, and explain the overall building process so you know exactly what to expect moving forward. This step sets the foundation for turning your vision into a well-planned reality.

Design & Planning
Once we’ve established your vision, our team guides you step-by-step through the planning stage. Together, we’ll review floor plan options that best fit your lifestyle, create a detailed sketch to bring your ideas to life, and finalize a clear contract that outlines every major step of the build. This process ensures you know exactly what to expect before construction begins, while giving you the confidence that every detail is carefully thought through.

Site Selection
Choosing the right location is one of the most important steps in building your home. During this stage, we’ll help evaluate potential lots for factors like access, utilities, drainage, and overall suitability for construction. With the site selected, we’ll prepare it for building—ensuring everything is in place so we can move forward smoothly and break ground with confidence.

Contract & Approval
After the design and site details are finalized, we’ll move into the contract stage. Here, all the plans, pricing, and timelines are reviewed carefully to ensure everything is clear and aligned with your expectations. Once you’re comfortable and ready to move forward, we’ll finalize the paperwork and secure the necessary approvals. From there, construction officially begins, and you’ll get to see the vision we created together take shape step by step.

Construction
With plans finalized and approvals in place, our team gets to work bringing your home to life. We handle every stage of the build—from site preparation and foundation work to framing, utilities, and finishing details—with close attention to quality and craftsmanship. Throughout construction, you’ll receive regular updates so you can follow the progress step by step. Our project managers coordinate each trade, keep schedules on track, and ensure your home is built to the highest standards of safety, durability, and design.

Closeout & Move-In
As construction wraps up, we’ll walk through the home together to review every detail. Any final touch-ups or adjustments—often called the “punch list”—are completed to ensure everything meets our standards and your expectations. We’ll also provide you with all warranty information, maintenance guidance, and documentation so you feel confident about your new home. Once everything is in place, it’s time for the best part: handing over the keys and welcoming you into a home built just for you.
